Our desire is for Grano Kitchen to be as sustainable as possible - socially, economically and environmentally. It fits into the wider ecosystem of the community, where local people and businesses can get involved on a daily basis.
We want to import Italian ingredients only if crucial, in support of local suppliers.
We believe in sustainability and taking care of the environment. We don't believe in using finite resources, such as fossil fuels or single-use plastics. At Grano Kitchen we will aim for zero waste. We regularly see polystyrene take-away boxes littering the streets, but today it's easy to find re-usable and biodegradable packaging.
This is what we will do.
